We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials used to access your account. You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI services based on your inputs shall be considered your property, subject to any applicable third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services according to the pricing plan you select. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through approved payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your use of our services, excluding taxes based on our net income.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • 24/7 support for critical issues (enterprise plans)
  • Best-effort support for standard plans

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIANKL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10.3 AI-Specific Disclaimers

You acknowledge that AI systems may produce unexpected or inaccurate results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content or recommendations for any specific purpose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triankl AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any prohibited or restricted party list.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triankl AI regarding the use of our services.
